Shipwatch I Townhomes – Summer Palace has been decorated and designed for an ideal vacation with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 4 decks, direct beach access, and high speed wireless internet.
Ground level: Shipwatch I Townhomes – Summer Palace has covered parking for at least 2 cars, depending on the size of the vehicle. The driveway has more parking for 1 or 2 more vehicles.
As soon as you arrive, you will immediately smell the salty air and hear the waves crashing on the shore.
At the ground level, there is direct beach access that is shared among Shipwatch I Townhomes – Summer Palace and the surrounding townhomes. After a long day on the beach, rinse off your beach gear at the garden hose located right off the boardwalk leading from the beach access, and then take a cool shower in the enclosed outside shower under the carport, before heading inside through the wet weather entrance.
First level: When you go up the steps to the front door, you arrive on the first level which contains two beautifully decorated bedrooms, one bathroom, and the full-sized washer and dryer. The deck on this level is covered, which can be accessed through the queen bedroom left of the staircase to the second level.
Bedroom One: The first bedroom is located on the west side of the house; the first room on the right upon entering the front door. This room has lovely sand colored walls, beautiful wooden furniture, an adorable turquoise Papasan chair, and a closet with plenty of storage space. With two twin sized beds, this room is perfect for the smaller vacationers! There is no deck access from this room, making it safer for the little ones. The bathroom for this bedroom is shared with the other bedroom on this level.
Bedroom Two: This room contains a queen-sized bed, elegant wooden furniture, and a sliding glass door that allows not only rays of sunshine to enter, but also access to both the deck and the beach. This portion of the deck is covered, which makes it the perfect shady retreat after a long day in the sun. The bathroom for this bedroom is located directly adjacent to this room, and it is shared with the twin bedroom down the hall.
Second Level: The second level contains the kitchen, dining area, and living room. There are also two decks on this level. The oceanside deck on this level is covered, but you do not have direct beach access from the deck.
Kitchen: Live like a local and cook your meals in this amazing kitchen! Fully equipped with new appliances, traditional wood cabinets, laminate butcher block countertops, and lots of counter space, whipping up your favorite dishes will be a breeze.
Living Room: This room features modern, beachy décor, a flat screen TV with cable, and a sliding glass door that leads to the oceanfront deck. With the large sectional couch, there is plenty of room for everyone to get comfortable while winding down with a movie after a long day on the beach or out on the boat.
Dining Area: Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, with room to seat up to 4 people. Utilize the large dining table by serving your meals family-style, or by playing a board game after dinner is finished.
Third Level: The third level of the home is dedicated entirely to a Master Suite.
Master Bedroom: The master suite is located on the third level of the home. This room has delicate sea-green walls, lovely wooden furniture, a large closet, and a flat screen TV. The oceanfront deck can be accessed from the sliding glass door. This private deck is perfect for savoring your first cup of coffee of the day. The master bathroom has double vanity sinks and shower/tub combo.
Your check-in location is our Sneads Ferry office located at 1343 NC Hwy 210, Sneads Ferry 28460. Linens are provided. Pets are not permitted in this property. Smoking is not permitted. Maximum occupancy is 6 at any time. Your check-in time begins at 4:00 pm unless you have confirmed and paid the early bird check-in option. Please be sure we have received complete payment within 30 days of your arrival to avoid cancellation.
