Ground Level: There is plenty of parking at St. Regis, making it suitable for guests to park near their condo. You will also find stairs leading to the upper floors as well as an elevator!
First Level: St. Regis 2406 is found on the fourth level in building 2 facing the ocean. The balcony is just over the dunes giving you a picture perfect view of N. Topsail Beach. A few short steps to the private beach access and you will be soaking in the sunshine. Accommodating up to 8 guests you will find that this cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath condo is a perfect fit for your island getaway.
As you walk into your condo, you will notice the master bedroom to the right of the great room and very private. The master has a King sized bed, dresser space for 2, night stand and of course a medium sized flat screen TV. The Master bedroom and Master bathroom doorways have recently been expanded to 36 inches wide making the property more accessible. Enjoy waking up to the beautiful view of the ocean from your balcony and warmth of the sunshine every day. Directly connected to your own full bath and steps away from the great room and kitchen.
Located to your left as you walk into your condo, you will walk down a hallway and to your right, will be a bedroom with a set of twin sized bunk beds. A perfect room for kids or just a place to spend a comfy night. This room has cable tv, easy access to the shared full bath as well as its own balcony access and a dresser and closet. Directly across from this room, you will find a washer and dryer to house your needs. Just down the hall from the twin bedroom is a very secluded room featuring a Queen bed, dresser, nightstand for storage, cable/wifi/internet ready TV and full length closet mirror. Not to mention a lovely view of the ocean from your window. Conveniently close to the shared bath, washer, and dryer, this room is perfect!
Great Room: The focus of this room is the prestigious view of the ocean as soon as you walk in, nautical beach accessories, and wrap around balcony access. Take a moment to breathe in the ocean air or relax on your couch or love seat and watch TV. A Bluetooth speaker is also available for your use. For those late nights, turn your couch into a queen sized sleeper sofa!
Dining Area and Kitchen: Connected to the living room is a beautiful dining area facing the balcony. Enjoy breakfast watching the sunrise or a peaceful dinner at night, with the ocean breeze. We reached out to the St. Regis HOA on 1/15/2021 for an update on the indoor pool situation and were told that they didn't have one. At this time, we're hoping that it will open during the summer but we are preparing as if it will not be available. We're very sorry for any inconvenience. 1/15/2021
