Onsite Amenities: Surf Condos offers guests a swimming pool with large deck areas and gazebo, several outdoor showers, a laundry facility, public telephones and private beach access.
Ground Level: There is a large parking lot available to guests and residents.
Surf Condo 131 is located on the top floor of the oceanside building. This great unit is also located at the end which allows for endless views to the south. Step through the sliding doors to an amazing view of the beach. The deck gives you a bird's eye view of the entire beach. The pool is located in the center of the complex. This offers a great alternative to the beach if needed. The pool has recently been remodeled in 2013. There is plenty of room to accommodate up to seven guests.
Master Bedroom: The master bedroom in Surf 131 has a Queen bed, white wicker furniture with inviting decor to put you in the beach mood. The master is painted in a soothing color that will have you in a peaceful mood. The shared bathroom is located directly off of the master with a split vanity and shared shower/tub area. There is also access to the full bath from the hall.
Additional Sleeping Areas: The loft area is home to a Queen bed. This area is open to the living area and has oceanfront views. An oversized chair in the loft unfolds into a twin bed. There is an additional cabinet to store your belongings during your stay. This sleep area has easy access to the shared bath. Another sleeping area is located in the living room. A Queen Sleeper Sofa will accommodate more guests. It is located right in front of the sliding glass doors.
Living Area: The living area in Surf 131 has warm inviting furniture, large flat screen TV with VCR and DVD. There are games and a lending library for your family nights indoors. The living room is nicely decorated with images of the beach. When you enter Surf 131 you’ll feel right at home in this cozy condo.
