The living room of Shipwatch Villas 1315 overlooks the shimmering ocean and pool below. The spacious room offers greatly decorated sofas that allow you to enjoy the view or the Flat Screen TV. The living room also has a ceiling fan and a DVD player for a great family movie night.
A sliding glass door leads out to the private balcony. You have the best of both worlds here with both a view of the pool and the Atlantic Ocean! The balcony with great deck furniture can be the perfect place to end your afternoon or catch some early morning rays. Either way you're on Topsail Time so enjoy.
Hardwood cabinets surround the kitchen area. This room offers guests a refrigerator with icemaker, built-in microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. Enjoy a peaceful cup of coffee at the kitchen bar or cook up a gourmet breakfast and savor all its flavors at the dining table, accommodating up to 6 at the beautiful dining room table.
The hallway holds the two bedrooms, one at each end, a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer and a full bathroom with double sinks.
The master bedroom sits on the ocean side of the condo. This room offers a tastefully decorated queen size bed. A flat screen TV is in the room for private viewing. You will have a private access to the balcony which offers the beautiful views of the Atlantic and the pool.

All "community pools" are managed by HOAs. In normal times, all the pools would be open and operating at full capacity. These are not normal times.
The "phase" of reopening is a fluid issue and has an effect on whether pools are open at all as well as whether they are open but on a REDUCED occupancy mandate. Please modify your expectation accordingly.
