Located at 2139 A Ocean Blvd, Life is Good offers both ocean and water views and all the comforts of beach living. The ocean side deck is a great place to catch some rays while relaxing on the comfortable deck furniture. Life is Good is located at the southern most tip of Topsail Island and offers views of the Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean meeting. From the porch, guests can go down to the ground level.
Ground Level: Parking space for 2. The stairs to the front door are located on the left. An enclosed shower is under the home along with 2 picnic tables.
At the entry you will be greeted with a half bath with laundry, bright and sunny living area, kitchen and dining area. You will be delighted to find the Life is Good motto all throughout the home.
The Living area offers two double sleeper sofas, and an arm chair. There is a TV, small lending library and deck access. The Kitchen is a U-Shaped kitchen with detailed textured cabinets, white appliances and all of the comforts of home. The breakfast bar opens into the dining area and has ocean side views. The Dining area sits next to two large picture windows, farm style table with bench seating, complete with more Life is Good motif.
Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, two baths and a loft area. The loft area has a cozy mattress for relaxing after a day at the beach. The mattress is not included in the bedding or linens.
The First Bedroom has two twin beds covered in a blue and white seersucker fabric, light blue walls, closet and a small dresser for storage. From the first bedroom there are some ocean views to see how the surf and beach are before heading out for the day.
The Master Bedroom has a Queen bed covered in floral and paisley pattern. A TV, ocean views and private bath complete the master bedroom. There is also a large closet, dresser, ceiling fan, alarm clock for the lucky guests of Serenity Point - Life is Good to use.
Your check-in location is our Surf City office, located at 14061-B NC Hwy 50, Surf City, 28445. Linens are provided. Pets are permitted in this property with a pet fee of $175.00 (plus tax) per pet, per week. Smoking is not permitted in the property. Maximum occupancy is 6 at any time.
