Your Turn is one half of a newly constructed 3 story duplex with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. There are two oceanside decks. After a long day of beach, site-seeing or golf, you can rock the night away in one of the rocking chairs overlooking the ocean, the pool and the Surf City Pier. This property also includes a seasonal community pool (closes for fall and winter).
Ground Level: The ground level has covered parking with two entrances. Parking for unit is located under duplex; 3 large vehicles or 4 small vehicles max. The first opens into the welcoming tiled foyer. The second access leads into one of the five bedrooms. Bedroom One has twin bunk beds. From the ground level, you can take the stairs or the elevator to the rest of the house.
First Level: This level contains three carpeted bedrooms. There is a deck overlooking the ocean and a balcony viewing downtown Surf City. This floor contains the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.
Bedroom Two has a king size bed, a flat panel television, ample closet space and a ceiling fan. There is a large private bathroom. Wake up watching the sunrise from the deck just off this room. From the deck you can access the beach and the upper deck that is adjacent to the living area.
Bedroom Three offers a queen size bed, a ceiling fan, a large closet and a private bathroom.
Bedroom Four is on this level and has a queen size bed, a ceiling fan and a private bathroom. This room is facing the street with a small balcony overlooking the shops in Surf City.
Second Level: The second level consists of the living/dining areas, the kitchen and a bedroom. The stairs leading up to this level as well as the floors of the general living area are beautifully constructed from bamboo. There is half bathroom on this floor for general use.
The spectacular kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances including a full size refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, a four burner range and oven. It has everything you may need from coffee maker and a toaster to plates, glasses and utensils. The cabinets are a beautiful wood and the countertops are pristine granite. The large square table has 8 chairs around it with additional seating at the bar.
The living area provides a tasteful, yet easy space to relax after a day of sun and surf, golf or touring. There is a large flat panel television with expanded satellite service, and a DVD/CD player. This room opens onto a deck with endless views of the ocean, including the pier. It’s a perfect place to end the day.
Finally on this level is Bedroom Five. This bedroom faces out over Surf City. This room features a queen bed, a flat panel television, a ceiling fan, a massive closet and carpet. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower and a jetted tub.
Your property utilizes remote check-in. Linens are provided. Pets are permitted at the property with a $200 non refundable pet fee, per pet , per week. Smoking is not permitted in the property. Maximum occupancy is 12 at any time.
