Sandy Feet, new to both our rental program and Topsail Island, is sure to make your vacation more than memorable. With 5 bedrooms, 4 full sized bathrooms, a powder room, kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, hot tub, and so much more, Sandy Feet has been designed to give you and your family your best vacation yet!
Ground level: Sandy Feet is tucked away from the busier streets of the island in the premier neighborhood, The Village of Stump Sound. The Village contains an oceanfront clubhouse, a community pool, and tennis courts! Sandy Feet has covered parking for at least 2 cars, depending on the size of the vehicle. The driveway has more parking for 1 or 2 more vehicles, with a convenient turn-around area to prevent backing straight out of the driveway.
At the ground level, there is direct beach access that is shared with the neighbors on the right side of Sandy Feet. After a long day on the beach, take a cool shower in the enclosed outside shower right off the boardwalk leading from the beach access before heading inside through the wet weather entrance. Feeling drained from the sun? Take the elevator upstairs!
Mid-level entry: The front of the house has a mid-level entry with a porch that faces the road/sound side of the lot. Using this entry, you may go up a half set of stairs to reach the first floor, or go down a half set to reach the ground level area.
First level: Whether you use the elevator, ground level entrance, or the mid-level entrance, you will end up on the first level which contains 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, full sized front-loader washer and dryer, and an oceanfront deck with a large circular-shaped hot tub. The deck on this level is covered and has a spiral staircase that leads up to the second level deck. You also have direct beach access from this deck, thanks to a set of stairs that leads down from the first level to the ground.
Bedroom One: The first bedroom is located on the ocean side of the house and is the first room you encounter when you arrive from either the stairs or the elevator. This room has lovely mint colored walls, beautiful white furniture, and a large closet with plenty of storage space. With a king sized bed and a flat screen TV with cable, this room is perfect for relaxing after a long day of surfing or fishing! There is an attached bathroom with a stand up shower.
Bedroom Two: The second bedroom features a king sized bed, mint colored walls, and a large dresser and closet. This room is located on the ocean side of the house, directly next to the first bedroom. There is a flat screen TV with cable in this room as well!
Bedroom Three:The third bedroom is perfect for the smaller vacationers, with two sets of twin bunk beds. There is no deck access from this room, making it safer for the little ones. There is an attached bathroom (with another door for access from the hallway) with a stand up shower, and a flat screen TV perfect for cartoons after a long day in the sun.
Bedroom Four: The fourth bedroom is located on the ocean side of the house, last room on the right in the hallway. This room features a king sized bed, mint colored walls, a flat screen TV with cable, and an attached bathroom with a bathtub.
Second level: To get to the second level, you can either skip the stairs and use the elevator, or go up a set of stairs and take in the views of the gorgeously decorated stairwell. The second level contains the kitchen, dining area, living room, and master suite. There is also another deck on this level, part of which is covered, and there is a spiral staircase for easy access to both the first level deck and the beach access.
Kitchen: Live like a local and cook your meals in this brand new kitchen! Fully equipped with all stainless steel appliances, gas stove, dazzling tiled backsplash, quartz countertops, and a large island, whipping up your favorite dishes will be a breeze.
Living Room: This room features modern, beachy décor with a recessed ceiling, large flat screen TV, and a glass door that leads to the oceanfront deck. With an extended couch (sits 4 people instead of 3!) and two chairs, there is plenty of room for everyone to get comfortable while winding down with a movie after a long day on the beach or out on the boat. The couch also doubles as a queen sleeper sofa, so there is room to sleep two more people!
Dining Area: Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, with room to seat up to 8 people (additional seating for 4 can be found at the kitchen island). Relish in the luxury of this area with the elegant recessed ceiling, alluring artwork, and the modern chandelier over the table. Utilize the large dining table by serving your meals family-style, or by playing a board game after dinner is finished.
Master Bedroom: The master suite is located directly off the living room and dining area. This room has delicate light blue walls, lovely black wooden furniture, a large closet, and a large flat screen TV with cable! The oceanfront deck can be accessed from the sliding glass door. This part of the second level deck is covered, perfect for staying cool while having your first cup of coffee of the day. The master bathroom has double vanity sinks and a large walk-in shower, with an ornate tiled design, a removable showerhead, and a large, all glass door.
Powder Room: There is a half bathroom on the second level of the home conveniently located adjacent to the living room and dining area so a trip downstairs specifically for the restroom can be avoided.
Remote check-in is utilized for this property. Linens are provided. Smoking and Pets are not permitted at this property. Maximum occupancy is 14 at any time.
