With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, large oceanfront 2 level deck, breathtaking ocean views, high speed wireless internet, and so much more, Toes in the Sand is sure to be the perfect getaway for you and your family!
Ground level: At the ground level, Toes in the Sand has covered parking for 2 cars under the carport area, and a gravel driveway to accommodate an additional 2-3 cars, depending on the size of the vehicle. As soon as you arrive, you can hear the seagulls and feel the salty breeze blow through your hair. To enter the home, go up the stairs underneath the home. To the left of the stairs is an enclosed outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off before going inside for an afternoon nap!
First Level: The first level contains all bedrooms and all full-sized bathrooms, as well as a laundry area with full-sized washer and dryer.
Bedroom One: The first bedroom harbors a set of twin-sized beds, as well as a medium sized flat screen TV with cable! There is also a sliding glass door that leads to a sound-front deck. This bedroom shares the bathroom next door with the other bedroom on this wing. The bathroom contains a stand-up shower.
Bedroom Two: The second bedroom also features two twin-sized beds and a medium flat screen TV with cable. This room has a sliding glass door that leads to the same sound-front deck as the first bedroom. This bedroom is located off the same hallway as the first bedroom, and shares the same bathroom.
Bedroom Three: The third bedroom contains a queen-sized bed. This room also holds a small sized flat screen TV with cable, large dresser, closet, and gorgeous views of the beach. There is a sliding glass door that leads to the oceanfront deck. There is an outdoor staircase that connects the two levels of decks, so the 2nd level can be accessed from this door. The bathroom for this room is attached and contains a stand-up shower.
Bedroom Four: The fourth bedroom contains a queen-sized bed and a large dresser with vanity. There is also a medium sized flat screen TV with cable. This room also has a sliding glass door with access to the oceanfront deck, the outside staircase, and the 2nd level. There is an attached bathroom, complete a tub/shower combo.
Second Level: To get to the second level of the home, go up the stairs located in the hallway. The second level contains all living areas and a half bathroom.
Kitchen: Live like a local and cook your meals in this gorgeous kitchen! Fully equipped with all stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinet space, gorgeous granite countertops, and lots of counter space provided by the bar area, whipping up your favorite dishes will be a breeze! As you’re prepping a meal, you can stand at the counter and gaze out at the beautiful views of the Atlantic. The half bath is located adjacent to the kitchen area. There is also a small sitting area complete with 2 wicker chairs.
Dining Area: In front of the kitchen is the dining area, with room to seat up to 8 people. Utilize the large dining table by serving your meals family-style, or by playing a board game after dinner is finished! Enjoy your first meal of the day basking in the sunlight with a breathtaking view of the ocean. Additional seating for 4 can be found at the breakfast bar.
Living Room: This area features nautical décor with colorful couches and a large flat screen TV with cable. With two love seats and a chair, there is plenty of room for everyone to get comfortable while winding down with a movie on the large flat screened TV after a long day on the beach or out on the boat! Open the curtains of the blinds of the windows on each side of the living and dining areas to let in the sunshine and take in the spectacular view! There is also a sliding glass door in this area, providing you with instant access to the amazing views and salty air.
There is an outdoor dining table on the second level of the deck with room to seat 6 people, in addition to the other deck chairs provided on both levels of the deck. The staircase on the 2nd level leads down to the 1st level, which leads to a boardwalk to the beach.
