Ground level: Reel Blessed Duplex is tucked away from the busy streets with plenty of outdoor space to make you feel as if you’ve escaped to a personal paradise. There is enough parking for three cars, with a convenient turn-around area to prevent backing out of a tricky parking spot.
When you walk up the pathway on the side of the house, you will immediately notice the beautifully landscaped backyard, with stone paths, a small pond, three park-style benches, and lots of vegetation and flowers. At the end of the wooden boardwalk is a large dock on the Intracoastal Waterway that is shared with the neighbors on the left side of Reel Blessed Duplex. There are also two boat lifts, which are not for tenant use. The boat lifts do not inhibit the use of the dock,
You’ll also notice the large screened porch, equipped with a ceiling fan, seating for the maximum occupancy, and two doors on either side for convenient access to both sides of the house. The view from this porch is breathtaking; savor your morning coffee while sitting in one of the rocking chairs, and delight in the waterfront view as birds fly over the water.
Once you have gone up the stairs and arrived at the main level, you will enter this beautiful home welcomed by a bright and cozy sunroom. Enjoy family time here, playing board games on the large table or sit around and share stories while sitting in some of the comfortable chairs offered in this area.

Bedroom One: The first bedroom is located on the north side of the house and is the first room you encounter when you walk down the hallway. This room has Carolina blue walls, deep cherry furniture, and a large closet with plenty of storage space.With twin/double bunk beds, this room is perfect for kids of all ages.
Bedroom Two: The second bedroom features a queen sized bed, seafoam green walls, and a large dresser and closet. This room is located on the north side of the house, last door on the left in the hallway.
Master Bedroom: Directly across the hall, on the south side of the house, is the spacious and luxurious master bedroom! Within this lavender colored room you’ll find a king sized bed, 4 large windows, a walk-in closet, a large dresser, and a bench perfect for unwinding or reading on a rainy afternoon. Attached to this bedroom is the master bathroom, equipped with a vanity and a chair to make getting ready for dinner relaxing and stress free.
Hall Bath: The main bathroom is located on the north side of the home, located in between the bunk bedroom and the queen bedroom. This bathroom features a full sized washer and dryer, a small utility sink perfect for rinsing swimsuits after a day in the sand, a vanity countertop with a chair, and a stand-up shower.
