Ground Level: The entry of Island Park has tiled floors with a large storage room, and carpeted stairs. The storage room has inside and outside access. Through the storage room you’ll find yourself on a covered patio and the outside shower. Of course if you don’t want to go through the storage area you can simply walk around the corner from the drive way. Off of the parking area you’ll notice the palm tree lined beach access and the private cabana on top of the dunes for you to use. Island Park might be a duplex but with a private beach access and private parking you won’t feel like your sharing more than a interior wall!
Second Level: On the next level of Island Park Duplex you’ll find wide planked wood floors, the kitchen, dining and living areas.
Living Area: Looking for a beach home with high end finishes and great detail? This is it. The living area has cream colored leather couches, flat screen HDTV with surround sound, DVD and wireless internet.
Dining Area: Located directly behind the living area is the kitchen and dining areas. As you walk through the living area you’ll find French doors leading to the ocean front deck complete with deck furniture. The dining table is a wood topped table and has seating for 4-6.
Kitchen: The kitchen offers black granite countertops, leopard print pendulum lights, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. The breakfast bar has seating for 4 guests. There’s also a serving/bar station between the living area and kitchen perfect serving appetizers before lunch or dinner.
The property is located on the top level of Island Park duplex. This bedroom occupies the entire 4th floor and has a King bed, walk-in closet, TV, private bath and elevator access. This room can also be closed off from the lower levels. The private bathroom has dual vanity sinks and a jetted tub. Enjoy the privacy of this room and the exclusive ocean front deck.
Bedroom Two: Bedroom two has a Queen bed covered in royal blue comforter and is located on the 3rd level and directly across from bedroom four. This bedroom has a private access to a shared bathroom.
Bedroom Three: Let in the natural beach light! Located on the second level, this room has a brightly covered Queen bed, ceiling fans and tons of natural light. This room offer great island views.
Bedroom Four: This oceanfront bedroom has a King bed draped in a fire engine red comforter. Bedroom four is located on the third level of Island Park. Bedroom four also has a private bathroom. In the mornings, grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the ocean views from the private access from this room.
Bedroom Five: One set of Twin Bunk Beds offers sleeping for 2 in this bedroom. A TV, extra chair and an ocean front sliding glass door complete the room. This room has plenty of space for the younger vacationers to play. Each bunk has a storage shelf at the head of the bed. The deck with shared with bedroom four. The private hot tub is located directly off of this bedroom.
Walk out the to the beach access and enjoy the views from the sitting area on top of the dunes. An elevator makes all the levels in the home easily accessible.
