Ground Level: Parking for 2, an outdoor hot/cold shower and around back you will find a large wooded yard.
First Level: Carver’s Shady Cove offers a cozy floor plan. On the first floor you’ll find the living area, kitchen/dining area, two bedrooms and one bath complete this level of the home.
As you enter Carver’s Shady Cove you will step onto a slate tile entry and into the Living Area. The Living Room has a color cable TV with VCR and CD player for your entertainment. There is a spacious tile coffee table, striped sofa and love seat and a banana leaf ceiling fan.
Kitchen/Dining: The fully furnished kitchen offers a dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker and a microwave. Sleep-in and have a late breakfast at the dining table set for 4 or wake up with the sun and enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch. Wooden floors lay home to the living and kitchen area.
Bedroom One: Located on the first level the first bedroom is on the right behind the kitchen. The second, smaller, bedroom has a twin bunk bed, accommodating 2 guests. The bathroom is accessed from the hall.
Bedroom Two: The second bedroom offers two twin beds, accommodating 2 guests. This room has peaceful, wooded backyard view as well as a private deck. You will find the second bedroom at the end of the hallway.
Upper Level: Upstairs you will find the Master suite loft, which has a queen size bed and private deck. There is an adjoining private bathroom and closet. The bath has a shower only.
