All "community pools" are managed by HOAs. In normal times, all the pools would be open and operating at full capacity. These are not normal times. The "phase" of reopening is a fluid issue and has an effect on whether pools are open at all as well as whether they are open but on a REDUCED occupancy mandate. Please modify your expectation accordingly. Please do not rely completely on any information you get from any source. All information is, at best, a snapshot of today's circumstance. Come prepared to enjoy the beach and the island irrespective of the advertised pool amenity. Many bars, restaurants, and attractions are operating at reduced capacity, hours, and staff. Be advised. We hope your stay with us on majestic Topsail Island will be as magnificent and satisfying as you had ever hoped in your best dreams and imaginations. Sleeps 6, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, oceanfront, King, Queen, 2 twins, TV, W/D , DW, PRIVATE BALCONY, NON- SMOKING !

Beautiful oceanfront condo
The view was gorgeous and the condo was very pretty inside. The only problem we encountered was cleanliness. The hall bathroom toilet had toilet paper in it and it hadn't been flushed. We Love Topsail
Our trip to Topsail was wonderful! We have been renting from Treasure Realty for many years. We were greeted very nicely and got into our rental early whioh was a big bonus! Our place was beautiful at Topsail Dunes with a spectacular view. Perfect!
We love vacationing on North Topsail Beach and have always stayed in the condos at Topsail Dunes. We loved the 3309 condo! The views of the ocean from this condo are breathtaking from every window. The balcony overlooks the beach and ocean. The condo was well kept and very clean. Nothing but water and sky!!!
Amazing view...feels like you are on a ship when standing or sitting in the living/kitchen area. Everything you could possibly need for a comfortable, relaxing visit. Wonderful place and wonderful view
The condo was exactly as the web site pictured it. It was wonderful to be able to choose between the pool and the beach. Late arrival keys were great for us since we traveled from NYS. Enjoy the area,quite, laid back, and Riverview Cafe is our favorite seafood rest.

Good beach value
3309 Topsail Dunes is a three-bedroom condo on the third floor with a large balcony that offers a superb view of the beach. It's not fancy, but it is clean, roomy, and all its facilities work. Best of all, in the off season the price is very nice. Topsail Dunes 3309
We stayed there last year also. Love the new updates. Last year the sleeper sofa had a thin mattress, so we brought an air mattress this year. Not sure if there was a new mattress. Everything else was great especially the view from the balcony.- Jeffrey K from Columbus Ohio , Posted:
