To enter to home, use the exterior stairs on the left side of the garages to reach the first level. There you will find the front door and one of the multiple decks this home has to offer. Take a moment to gaze at the gorgeous views of the sound before using your door code to enter the keyless entry lock.  The first level contains 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. When you enter through the front door, you will see a set of stairs on your right which leads to the second level of the home. To your right is also a hallway that leads to all the bed and bathrooms on this floor. The washer and dryer can be found behind the double doors on the left side in this hallway. The first bedroom is the first door on the left, and it contains a set of pyramid bunk beds (twin on top, double/full on bottom), as well as one standalone twin bed. There is an attached bathroom, which is a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The bedroom that also shares this bathroom is down the hallway on the same left side, and it contains the same bedding setup as the first bedroom: one set of pyramid bunk beds and a standalone twin bed. There is also a bay window in this second bedroom, perfect for looking out at the Intracoastal Waterway and settling in with a book after a long day in the sun. Both the first and second bedrooms have access to the soundfront deck. The last bedroom on this floor is the first level Master bedroom, which harbors a queen sized bed, a small desk (perfect for sending a few emails or writing in your journal/planner), gorgeous nautical decor, and a sliding glass door which provides both extra light and instant deck access. This bedroom is on the ocean side of the home, and this deck is only accessible through this bedroom. The attached bathroom has been renovated and has gorgeous ocean blue tile flooring. The second level contains the last bed and bathroom, as well as the living area, kitchen, dining area, and access to the top level decks. With a couch and three chairs, there is plenty of room for everyone to get comfortable while winding down with a movie on the large flat screened TV after a long day on the beach or out on the boat! Open the curtains of the windows to let in the sunshine and take in the spectacular view! There are also two sliding glass doors in this area, providing you with instant access to the amazing views and salty air. Savor your first cup of coffee and enjoy sunrise views over the ocean from the front balcony, and then wind down with a drink and enjoy gorgeous sunsets from the rockers on the large back deck. Bedding: 1 king, 1 queen, 2 doubles/full, 5 twins (2 top bunks, 1 trundle, and 2 free-standing twins). This property does not have a land line phone. The new 8 seat dining table also features an additional leaf (which is stored under the table surface) and will expand the seating capacity to 12 if desired. Please note This home books full weeks rentals only. The boat lift does not work at this time.   Sleeps 11, 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 1 king, 1 queen, 2 doubles/full, 5 twins (2 top bunks, 1 trundle, and 2 free-standing twins). Garage at this property is not accessible. Remote check-in is utilized for this property. Your key code will be sent to you when your property is ready. Linens are not provided but available to rent. Pets are not permitted in this property. Smoking is not permitted in this property. Maximum occupancy is 11 at any time. Your check-in time begins at 4:00 pm. Please be sure we have received complete payment within 30 days of your arrival to avoid cancellation.
