Unbelievable Views! The four decks of this recently renovated ocean view house in the prestigious Village of Stump Sound provide unforgettable panoramas. Whether it’s a view of a shrimp boat headed toward New River Inlet or a flock of pelicans winging through a sunset toward the ICW, you’ll want to spend most of your time soaking up the sun and the vistas. When you finally come inside you’ll find a comfortable living space with new bedroom furniture and new flat screen TV/DVDs in every room. Take advantage of our WiFi to stay connected while you disconnect. The house sleeps 11 and the open floor plan of the first floor includes the kitchen, dining room, living room with queen sleeper sofa, first floor king bedroom with an entrance to the front deck, and full bath. On the second floor the master bedroom boasts a king bed, full bath, and a private deck overlooking the ICW. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a private deck with views of the ocean. The third upstairs bedroom makes a great kid’s bedroom and has a twin bed and a twin bunk bed. It shares a full bath with the queen bedroom. Located on a large private lot with stands of live Oaks on both sides, you’ll feel secluded in this maritime forest.
Once you make it back outside, the beach, clubhouse, and pool are just a short walk from the house. Your kids will love the flat beaches and warm North Carolina waters. The little Marine Biologists in the family can visit a Sea Turtle Recovery Center in Topsail Beach, while the history buffs can take a short ride to Wilmington and tour the Antebellum mansions and the Battleship North Carolina. Tennis is within walking distance and golf is less than 10 miles from the house. North Topsail boasts some of best fishing on the East Coast and there are two public boat launches within a 10 minute drive. The unforgettable views and amenities will make this a vacation you won’t soon forget.

Great price, good location.
Short walk (across busy road) to the beach, but both the beach and the pool were fabulous. Wifi information was not accurate and not resolved during our stay. Wonderful house where we could be a family, enjoy the beach, and
We wanted to find a spacious house close to the beach, and that is exactly what we found. 106 Old Village is located on a very nice section of North Topsail Island, minutes from Surf City, ice cream, and restaurants. The pool and the bathrooms at the Club House were big pluses while hanging on the beach enjoying warm ocean waves and building sand castles. The kids loved having a TV and DVD player in every room and their own deck with an ocean view. At night, we headed back to the beach with flashlights hunting for ghost crabs, and stargazed from our house's decks that faced Stump Sound.
