Anchor’s Away is one half of a newly constructed 3 story duplex each with 5 bedrooms and 4½ baths. After a long day of being on the water, what better place to unwind than on one of the two decks overlooking the ocean. This property also includes a seasonal community pool (Closes October 15th).
Ground Level: The ground level has covered parking with two entrances. Parking for unit is located under duplex; 3 large vehicles or 4 small vehicles max. The first opens into the welcoming tiled foyer. The elevator is located on the right as you walk down the hall. The second access leads into one of the five bedrooms located on the Oceanside of Anchor’s Away.
Bedroom One: The first bedroom has Twin Bunk Beds draped in green bedding with a flip flop theme. This room also has access to a private outside entrance separate from the main. For the guests in this room you’ll find a TV, dresser and a tiled floor. Walk back down the hall towards the main entrance and you can take the stairs or the elevator to the remaining two levels of the house.
First Level: This level contains three carpeted bedrooms. There is a deck overlooking the ocean and a balcony viewing downtown Surf City. This floor contains the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer with the elevator access directly across the hall.
Bedroom Two: The second bedroom is located on the ocean side and opens up to one of the two oceanfront decks the house offers. From the deck you can access the beach and the other deck that is adjacent to the living area. This bedroom has a King size bed, a flat panel television, ample closet space and a ceiling fan. There is a large private bathroom with a single sink vanity and custom tiled enclosed shower. The palm themed comforter is accented by the black coastal furniture in this room.
Bedroom Three: The third bedroom is located in the center of the first level with ocean and island views. The third bedroom offers a Twin/Double Bunk bed with a Double pull out Trundle, a ceiling fan, a large closet and a private bathroom. The white furniture in this bedroom is highlighted by the bright blue, pink, green and orange bedding.
Bedroom Four: The fourth bedroom has a King size bed, a ceiling fan and a private bathroom. This room is facing the street with a small private balcony overlooking the shops in Surf City. The fourth bedroom also has white furniture with brightly colored bedding.
Second Level: The second level consists of the living/dining areas, the kitchen and the fifth bedroom. The stairs leading up to this level as well as the floors of the general living area are beautifully constructed from bamboo. There is half bathroom on this floor for general use.
Living Area: The living area provides an attractive, yet relaxed space to relax after a day of being on the water. There is a large television with expanded satellite service, DVD/CD player, Blu-Ray and surround sound. This room opens onto a deck with endless views of the ocean, including the pier. It’s a perfect place to begin and end the day. If you haven’t had enough fun yet … then you’ll be thrilled over the foosball coffee table complete with seating! From the oceanfront deck you’ll find the spiral stair leading to the lower first level bedroom.
Kitchen: The kitchen cabinets are a beautiful wood, the countertops are pristine granite and a neutral tiled backsplash. The remarkable kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances including a full size refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave and four burner range and oven. It has everything you may need to cook and enjoy the day’s catch. Also including in the kitchen are a coffee maker, a toaster, plates, glasses and utensils. All that’s left to provide is the food and an appetite. The island in the kitchen is home to the sink and a breakfast bar which seats 4.
Dining Area: The large wooden planked table can seat 8. The dining area boasts ocean views and a open plan flowing into the kitchen and living area.
Bedroom Five: The fifth bedroom has a King size bed. This room has a ceiling fan, a massive closet and carpeted floors. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower and a jetted tub. There is a private balcony that overlooks the heart of Surf City. The half bath is located just off the fifth bedroom in the hall. This room has cream and brown furniture with ocean blue, cream and brown bedding. Although this room is located on the street side you can still hear the ocean waves.
This property also includes a seasonal community pool (Closes October 15th). Your check-in location is our Surf City office. Linens are provided. Pets are not permitted in this property. Smoking is not permitted in the property. Maximum occupancy is 13 at any time. Parking for unit is located under duplex; 3 large vehicles or 4 small vehicles max.
