The Sunny Daze duplex, located on the oceanfront in Surf City is the perfect vacation destination. It’s only a short walk or bike from Sunny Daze to the center of town, where you’ll find shopping, dining, and fishing piers.

When you’re not swimming or surf fishing, relax on the 2 large covered oceanfront decks that Sunny Daze has to offer. Spend your mornings sipping coffee while watching the dolphins play in the surf or have lunch at the large picnic table on the upper deck. Then take a ride into town on the bikes provided in the storage area under the house, which also contains beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys for your use. Sunny Daze also offers a hot and cold outdoor shower on the lower deck for rinsing off after playing on the beach.

Linens and towels are provided during your stay at Sunny Daze for your convenience.

Ground Level: This duplex offers parking for up to 3 vehicles. Covered stairs lead to the front door.

The tropically decorated second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a TV. It offers guests access to the soundside covered deck.

The colorful third bedroom is perfect for children. It has a twin double bunk bed that sleeps two, a TV with a DVD player, and a private deck.

These two rooms share a full bathroom in the adjoining hallway. The laundry room, containing a full-capacity washer/dryer is also located in this bathroom.

Second Level: The living, dining, and kitchen areas are located on the second floor. The living room is filled with all the comforts of home. This space offers a queen sleep sofa, loveseat, 32” TV with a DVD/VCR, portable music system, bookcase filled with books and magazines, and ceiling fan. Through the sliding glass doors you’ll step outside onto the large oceanfront deck, a perfect place to spend the hot afternoons lounging in the Carolina sun and watching the children play in the sand.

The fully equipped kitchen allows the cook of the house to prepare meals while visiting with friends and family. It’s filled with bright white cabinets and includes a dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, toaster, and more.

The oceanfront dining room has a large dining table that seats 8. A counter with 3 stools separates the dining and kitchen areas.

Tucked behind the living space is the second master bedroom. This room offers a king bed, TV with DVD player, double closets, ceiling fan, and private bath. You’ll love watching the sun set over the sound from your private deck.
